This southwest style home located in The Seasons at Tiara Rado is one of many Maves Construction has built in the subdivision. However, this one has been the longest in the making. Michael first met the owners of this home nearly 10 years ago at another home shortly before they purchased their lot. Working closely with Maves Construction through the design-build process a balance of form, function and budget was achieved. In this home the owners wanted to capitalize on the views in every direction. Multiple 14” hand peeled vigas accentuate the living spaces even leading out from the kitchen/living area onto the curvilinear deck, as well as the rooftop patio off the study hidden behind the parapet where you will see the views the homeowners wished to capture come to life.
