Maves Construction purchased this lot with a vision in mind. We knew the buyer of this home would likely be from out of town, it would likely be a second home and they would be Fruita “regulars” on the mountain bike scene. A forward-thinking mindset as well as a bend towards design and aesthetics were musts for this owner. When we were called by the owner and we heard his background we instantly knew we had found our homeowner! He believed in our vision for the lot and ran with it. Through a few different reiterations of house plans Maves Construction took the owners design and ideas combined with our vision and were able to build him the perfect weekend home away. The most common thing people say when they walk through this home is how “livable” it is even at just 686 sq. ft.
