Denali Home

The owners of this home purchased the lot with the intention of building their “forever” home in the future. After just around a year of owning it they decided it was time to start the process of designing their dream home. When they first met with Maves Construction and discussed their dreams and desires the initial plan was approximately 5500 sq. ft.  Through multiple meetings with our in-house design team discussing their wants vs. needs the plan ultimately landed at what you see today. You will see that the important things to these owners were room to raise their family, as well as room to grow. With two small children, it was important that they have designated space for the kids as well as his and hers spaces for mom and dad to be able to retreat to as well.
